Price will vary due to prepping needed like paint correction. 900-3K depending on packages and prep work needed to have done. Like i had my truck done with ceramic pro. I had around 1k miles on mine it needed very little paint correction interior done and lifetime warranty for 2300.
Ok. I wish I would have known about this back in the fall. I'm starting to see people talk about it more and more. I'm guessing mine will be close to if not more than you paid. That is who I am waiting on a quote from is Ceramic Pro
I just got out of my 2 week penalty box with Ceramic Pro, Silver Package (5 year warranty). This 2 weeks is just a recommended curing time or something, where you need to be diligent about removing bugs, bird droppings, tree sap, etc. This wasn't hard for me since I park in the garage. But I do get the bugs since I drive 30 miles to work every day. But man, they wipe right off with just a little work from a spray bottle with alcohol and a damp microfiber cloth. I've washed twice at the pull through, hand pressure wash and it was super easy to remove the bugs. I didn't do soap yet, just rinse. I have the magnetic color and I think it looks great. Really brings out the metal flake in the paint. I had XPEL placed on the hood, front bumper, front quarters, A pillars, front roof, and rockers as well. The CP went over it all, tip to tail. Also, Ceramic Pro Rain on all windows and sunroof. Its early, but I am nothing but pleased. Warranty entails an annual inspection and exterior cleaning by the certified installer. I think its about $125. I would usually spend that or a little more for a complete detail twice a year anyway. (I'm not one of those guys that relaxes by detailing my car, more of a chore for me). I've always been leery of these kinds of things, but I'm really digging it so far.

I think its one of the benefits of living in a flyover state! My installer seems to be really good too. Make sure you find a reputable one. A bad one could really screw things up.
You can do it yourself for $100. Call Esoteric, they can advise you on what you need. The Kamikaze Miyabi Coat is very user friendly. It lasts (realistically) about 2 years, but for $100 you can recoat it again.
I've bought it, just haven't had the time to apply it yet. There are Youtube videos showing how to apply it. Its really not hard, especially if your truck is new and doesn't need any buffing. Kamikaze Miyabi Coat | Esoteric Car Care
I had jays detail shop in San Antonio do mine. 1895 for the cquartz professional and then 600 for the expell film on the bottom of the truck. It looks amazing but it's only been 2 weeks.
Making sure it's preped correctly is key yes alot of people say do it yourself. But hell I don't know anything about detailing I used to be one of those guys to use the brush at the car wash lol.
Another thing make sure you don't was your truck with hard water you will get water spots and it will damage the coating.
I was pretty interested in this until I found out it needed a $400-$500 yearly maintenance plus they told me no car washes, it should be hand washed only. By their claims of it being super hard why can't it go to a car wash and why does it need yearly maintenance? I opted to use paint sealer which they claim will last a year, if I get 6 months out of it I will be thrilled. I did a single step polish and sealed. The paint is like glass and looks fantastic, time will tell how long it lasts but for now I'm loving it.
So with the yearly maintenance is to make sure your coating isn't getting removed. It's 120 or so for the detail for them to check it. And it can be washed at a car wash just touchless car wash. I have a water softener at home and a pressure washer and foam cannon so it's easy for me to clean mine. Takes me about 2 hrs for wash and try. Here's a photo of my truck it's been ceramic coated for 2 months already and this is after driving in a rain storm.
