Sorry to hear that the truck is gone. At least you stayed with the Blue Oval and I wish you years of comfort and enjoyment out of the Mustang. I am not surprised the truck sold in one day - it sounded really nice. Too bad it wasn't a crew cab, I could have driven out to NJ to get it.
Crazy, nice to see you are around - hadn't seen you in a while. I will shoot you a PM this week.
My t-bird 4.6L got 23-24MPGs. I switched the 3.27 rear to a 3.73, put in a Superchips and regularly got 26-27MPGs. On the same 500 mile round-trip, multiple times. Based on miles from first trip, so as to compare. (speedo gear was changed to make up for the gearing, and was VERY close like stock).
i had to do a good trip with it this afternoon to a doctor. and after 100miles i still felt good and the mpgs should be super great,it still has 3/4 of a tank left. art the sct tunner has been formated and we are looking at the baseline figures. lots of moveing around room.
early this am was great. i had a 1 shot chance with black powder . a very nice 6 point with a 18 inch spead 1/2 mile from home. the guys hung it for me and called the butcher to be here in the am to do it in to steaks and roasts. xmas dinner is going to be great.
Yeah, but the hanging vagina jokes were funny! Plus, they were meant for the light blue carnot you. Too bad some folks can't "appreciate" joking around. Heck, I used the proper anatomy terms and everything...it coulda been raunchy but that ain't my style.
I agree with Charlie, the vagina comment about a man's new car was lacking class and made the person making the comment appear very rude.
I appreciate a good joke as much as the next guy but this is not about good humor, this is about bad taste.
