Just wondering if someone could help decode this VIN. It's off a 77 F250 Highboy. Also what mods will I have to do to stab a 429 into this truck, it's a 4 speed.

What Vin # ?

There are hundreds of 429/460 swap threads.

The best ones are in the Engine Swap forum.

It also depends on which 429 it is too.

Unfortunately because you have a 300 instead of a 351M or 400 to swap put, you will need more donor truck type parts.

This truck has a V8, I believe the vin the seller gave me is a typo. Thanks for the info.
