No, I dont have a picture of it, I did mine a little differently. Basically you would make 2 of the boxing plates for each side and one is welded inside the frame rail midway between the inner and outer edges before you add the second. This gives you, in effect, 3 vertical frame rails along the c-notched area and reduces the tendency of the frame to twist or flex along this area. Extend the third rail a couple inches past the outer boxing plate for maximum benefit. Hope that's clear.

Clear to me, and definately better. Unsure of the labor/ratio benefit. The nice thing about all of these is that the welds are longitudinal to the frame. Transverse welds are bad - and shouldn't be done on a frame. Technically, you shouldn't weld a frame (I know, the statement is pretty extreme...), but then again, the factory should have built them how we want them. But then again (again) we'd want to change those. Never mind - please refer to my beer is not a toy thread.
