Tiremine is starting off with a positive reputation.
Went to the Track Sunday!

<DIR>8.0581et @ 87.37mph with a 1.959 60 ft.

My local track finally opened last Sunday. Drove down there (45 miles one way) to check it out. They totally rebuilt the facility and it is really nice. Concrete 1/8 mile, super smooth, new everything. Not alot of rubber on the track yet and I was spinning to the 330 ft so maybe the old girl's got a 7.90 in her. I'll keep yall posted.
All in all I had a great time and can't wait to go back.

Tiremine,

Awesome times! Would that be the newly resurfaced Orangeburg Dragstrip outside of Columbia, SC?

Orangeburg Dragstrip just outside of North SC. Are you local? The strip is awsome. I live in Lexington and thats the closest dragstrip to me. I'd love to meet some of the FTE brothers.

All 3 of us (me, Diane, and npccpartsman) live right up I-26 in Hendersonville and Asheville, respectively.

I do alot of work at Roger Shiflett Ford in Gaffney. My stepfather is the sales manager there.
