the batteries had been out since the end of may. could it had lost all the pcm memory that contols starting.
also is there any initial priming procedures that should be performed that may allow it to be started.
could i possibly install the lowest supertuner performance program in hopes of restoring some type of memory to the computer to allow it to start.
any other help that i may not know about or can find will be very helpfull.
The truck wont loose memory from disconnected batteries. All the programming is permanent. How's the charge on the batteries? You might not have enough voltage while cranking to allow the truck to start. 10.5 volts is the minimum required for the injectors to fire. Charge them up overnight or try hooking a jump vehicle to the truck to get it going. It might run a little crappy after being down that long.

took them both to autozone one was charged up the other was bad. did take the bettery out of my dodge as a second.
will charge them both if the jump vehicle does not work.
It's a good feeling when it fires up, isn't it.
Those oil rails hold a fair amount of oil.
My engine took three of these per rail to fill up the HPO rail.
And filling the reservoir like this enabled the engine to start with a very minimum of excess cranking.
