I got it working. Checked several things but I think the biggest problem was there was so much junk and trash behind the seat that the air flow was restricted
I least I got my truck cleaned up
Well driver side isn't working again, gonna pull seat and try to repair it again or replace element. Also my seat cover for bottom need replacing, cracked up and split... 270000 miles at this point.
I have new seat covers coming for the Ex, my seat heater gets hot then cold then hot again, something isn't right. If needed are seat heater elements still available for the Ex?
^I thought the elements were not available any longer. When I bought my Ex 11 years ago I replaced the driver seat bottom element. I noticed that it would cycle the temperature where other vehicles seem to have a constant setting.

The heaters are available, the parts numbers have changed
2C3Z-14D696-AB Drivers Seat Back Seat Heater element
6C3Z-14D696-A Drivers lower Seat Heater element
The lumbar support I also need is:
8C3Z-1565501-A Drivers Lumbar Support
The prices on these things vary widely, shipping costs are high at most Ford retailers.
I am still trying to find the most economical deal.
