I had the exact same problem.

The ribbon cable was plugged in upside down. The red wire was down and needed to be up or vice versa. Stupid mistake.

In my case it was the ribbon cable that was not working. Jody sent me a new one and I plugged it up - she works fine now! Jody and Diane are super nice people and have great customer service and products. Every tune I ordered works great, I'm very satisfied!
