awesome job guys....i would not have even thought about using the forum to help find a missing truck....you guys really "ROCK!!!"...like i was telling this GM guy a couple of days ago....it takes a real man to afford a FORD....blue oval power forever
On the last item he listed on uPay, which I think Grabber was missing with him, he listed his number as 805 217 7475, its out there, he posted it. I am sure it must be disconnected now but......

...but do you want to give him YOUR number...Caller ID, you know
Did you guys really think this guy would leave a nice comment? The numbers you guys have aren't good. He changes his information all the time. Not even his family members know where he is, not that they want to. It's not worth the effort. I thought he would at least contact me and thank me for towing the truck away?
Alls well that ends well, I guess. I hope the a**hole crosses the wrong guy and has a couple gorillas show up at his door. In our part of the country, they usually end up missing around deer season!
I just find it strange that this guy turned into a conman, it seems, so suddenly. His feedback on uPay was very good, with one bad mark that he seemed to have fixed for the buyer, up until his dealings with Grabber and the last buyer. Maybe he was sitting up a good feedback with small ticket items to con people into thinking he was a good guy. The two items he conned the two last buyers into weren't super big priced items, I know $3500 is a good sum of money but usually you read about the internet scams being in the $20-50K range. Is it worth the price of getting caught for a couple of thousand bucks? I suppose there are small time con artist out there. From what I getting from some of the post from the guys who helped Grabber, the guy's family doesn't seem to care much for him so I guess he could have been rotten from the beginning.
I don't want to go into this too much but this might clarify some of it. This guy was using his daughters uPay account, that's why the good comments prior to Mr Green posting the vehicles. The guy and his wife purchased several old vehicles and recently broke up. Part of the divorce is getting rid of the vehicles. I guess he put them on Upay, took the bidders money and just left the vehicles without giving them to the new owner and letting his wife deal with the vehicles. Like I said, most of the family members don't care for him and I can understand why. Thats the main reason I was able to find Grabber's truck. No offense, but if I didn't live in CA, I think I'd be renewing my deer hunting license. I wish this Mr Green would realize what a nice guy Grabber is, maybe he'd realize what he did was wrong, then again, maybe not!
Thanks for the additional input. The guy now seems even scummier, it's bad enough to screw a complete stranger but when you screw your own kid, man!
If I was him I think I would make sure I would wear only camouflage and hide in the shadows for foreseeable future. If he ticked off two people, he probably has ticked off more.
