If you have not disconnected the battery as in my previous post you might just find a previous owner code. So disconnect all batteries for about 15 minutes to allow the security to reset to the factory setting.
Throw out all simple #'s. 11111 33333 12345 etc.
Then I started in the middle of the sheet and worked to the front.
Consider each button to be 0,1,2,3,4 forget the 5,6,7,8,9
After each attempt press 34 together to lock the doors which will clear any previous trial.

Door Code Location...
I actually found the door code behind the fuse box area (Driver Side) on my brother’s 2000 Ford Expedition EB. There is a big white sticker with 5 numbers starting with number 1####. Hope this helps...

Door Code
I had the same problem on my 2000 EX. After looking all over under the dash for it I took it down to the local dealer and they hooked it up to the computer and had my code in less than 5 minutes. They didn't charge me to get it either.

I just bought a 2001 Expedition XLT with no manuals and I had no way how to find the keypad code. Using the info from this thread I went out to the driveway, looked at the firewall behind the fuse panel, and there it was!
