Wiring Diagram needed for a 2001 Ford Ranger 2x4 w/ 4.0L engine
I'm looking for a wiring diagram for a 2001 Ford Ranger 2x4 w/ 4.0L engine.
I am seem to be having a problem with fuse 2 blowing all the time. Fuse 2 supplies the blower motor relay, DRL's, transmission, back-up lamps, and the passenger airbag deactivation switch.
I'm not sure if this is a problem that occurs commonly on Rangers but if anyone has seen a problem like this and knows what the solution is please let me know.
I need a wiring diagram to diagnose the cause of the blowing fuse.
Thanks in advance.

The fuse blows quickly. The fuse seems to blow mostly when the A/C unit is operating, however there has been at least one time when the A/C was not on and the fuse did blow. (A friend also stuck a 20 amp fuse in place of the normal 10 amp fuse and turned things on before I was able to stop him and the 20 amp blew as well.)
The description in the owners manual of what the fuse supplies power to is not all that informative unfortunately.
I was hoping that there was some common issue that might be causing this blown fuse that I would be able to check on, but that is not highly likely it seems.
I'm not planning on working on the problem until this weekend, but a wiring diagram would be helpful in tracking the short down.

RangerPilot,
Thanks for the advice on Autozone. I checked there and unfortunately they only go up to the 1999 Ford Ranger and the diagram isn't complete.
Rockledge,
Thanks very much for the link. It will be very helpful during my search for the cause of the blown fuse. I really appreciate it.
