2002 Rear blend door wiring

WE have a 2002 EXP 4 x 4 and appears the rear blend door is broken. I can hear the little motor running and a faint thump, thump as it tries to position itself. I took the fender well cover off last year and looks like a job to remove the controller... Only use the truck on small occasions. Im interested in unplugging the rear Heat/ AC, pulling a fuse, or cutting the power wire that might be more visible than the plug ......... seems like the plug is hidden on the side as I remember........ Anyone with a diagram know the wire color for power, or fuse controlling it ?

The wire color for the rear blend door power is a white wire if it's an early build or Gray with a Yellow tracer if it's a late build. In both cases, the fuse for the rear climate control is fuse F2.25 (5A) in the Central Junction Box. There are other items powered by that same fuse, so I'm not sure just pulling the fuse would be your answer.

yea, my book says the fuse 25 powers the " trailer battery charge".. ... not sure what else. I may pull it ( easy) just to see what happens... If I loose something I NEED, then I will look for the white/ gray wire............ THANKS !. I had considered pulling the roof control panel and possibly unplugging something in there... but again, the fuse would be EASY.

Well, I pulled fuse #25, the 5 amp under the steering wheel, fuse box.... The clicking controller in the left rear fender panel has stopped. Notice no ill effects... My book says the fuse also is " battery charger for trailer"... which I don't use a trailer, so I guess im good to go.
