i dont think the modual for the delay wipers is available new but they are an ebay all the time, look up either ford delay wipers or intermittent wipers. i just got one for 17 bucks. it'll plug right in plus an additional ground wire.

The box will come attatched to the switch. It's a black box stuffed up behind the dash. The wiring is the same (but with ground), just have to unplug the old switch and plug in the new. You might be able to find them at a pick 'n pull too. Bring a flashlight and look up under the dash for the box....
