Wiper delay

Does anybody know if the delay for the wipers is in the multi switch or is it a seperate unit if so where would one find it ?

What year? I have 1994 wiring and location diagrams, so if its close in age I can look it up.

It`s a seperate unit. On `91 and earlier it should be just above the parking brake pedal.
For later trucks ND may help.

Ok thanks guys and the prob was in the wiper motor like Lasy K ,s link said and it worked .
