All things held constant (tire size, compound, wear and manufacturer), the 4.10 rear end should read roughly 10% higher rpm than the 3.73. The 4.30 should read 5% higher rpm than 4.10 and 15% higher rpm than 3.73.
Speed should be verified with gps since SD speedos are typically 2-3% off.
Once again, rpm does not have as large affect on efficiency as load does, (more so on diesels, but a trait of fuel injection and fuel mapping nonetheless...)
