my 95 Bronco has the push button 4x4 and low range on the dash and i hate it, im not sure which t-case it has, but i would assume they are all the same, so my question is, is there a kit that converts it to manual t-case (linkage, lever etc...) if someone could point me in the right dirrection i would appreciate it
and i would like to avoid junkyard parts

You can swap the Borg-Warner 1356 electronic T-case in your truck for the manual version of the 1356 but you will need to do a complete swap. There is no way the alter the electronic version to work as a manual.

 

I researched it to the T and found it is a direct swap for the manual and there is even the factory cut hole under the carpet. all you need to do is pop off a glued in cover plate.

 

Yep, the two cases are identical as far as bolt pattern and mounting but the case has two main castings that make up the external housing, a front and a rear. One of them (can't recall which right now) has the mounting for the electric shift motor OR the manual linkage. The casting for the manual is completely different from the casting for the electronic model so, unless you want to rip the electronic one apart, rebuild it (might as well if you tear it apart), and install the casting from a manual unit , its just easier to swap the whole T-case.
