Any aftermarket product you buy will put you at risk. The issue with banks is the cost of their products. I personally like them myself because I got a good deal on them and as I have said a thousand times before, it is one stop shopping which is what I was looking for instead of piecemealing something together which happens when you buy anything else. Motorhaven though does help you get through the issues of getting incompatible stuff but I did not look at this site until after the purchase was made.

My personal recommendation, after installing the Banks intake, exhaust, and 6-Gun, would be to simply use a tuner- it is much easier to remove, leaves no trace, and still gives plenty of power. Do the intake and exhaust if you like - that will be harder for Ford to use against you if anything happens and they try to refuse a claim. They have to prove that the component added to the truck caused the failure. I have had no failures, but took the 6-Gun and Speedloader off since I was not comfortable taking it back to the dealer with them installed. I now use the SCMT.
