I'm surprised there was no block heater...it gets pretty cold where you're at there in Joisey...I've seen pictures of your winter storms!

yep you corect! i have photos here of one where they came in with those big cat front end loaders that turn in the middle with snow piled up to the point of almost touching the electic wires can not see my home. we had to drill 21 inches to ice fish that year

there is a hill 1/4 mile away 25% down for 2 miles may need it

I was talking about the suuburban problemof deer, then coyotes and soon to be Mountain lions.

Well it's not like this anymore, but I can remember as a kid having a big front end loader plow us out a skating rink on one of the area lakes! And I have been ice fishing on ice so thick when you stuck your arm down the hole, you couldn't touch the underside of the ice!

My Dad took me on my first ice fishing trip. We drove the family car out onto the ice, cut a hole in the ice, then got back in the car and stuck our poles out the partially open window, turned on the car's heater and radio and sat there ice fishing! LOL!
