I got up at 0600 saturday morning and went to my hunting club, hunted worked all day, sat evening I had a meeting then I went to work at 2300. Sunday morning I went to church then dad and I went quail hunting yesterday afternoon. This is self-enflicted lack of sleep but I sure had fun and my head didn't have to think go to sleep wen my head hit the pillow yesterday afternoon. I only wokre at work like I am now for 8 1/2 hours, the other time was because I didn't sleep. Sat night/sun. morning is my first day of the week every week and I can never sleep before I go in on that night so Sunday's I am usually running on beng awake 24 plus hours.
The caffiene thing I was talking about is that my gut was killing me with inf=digestion, started sipping on a diet coke and feel great now. Go figure.

I'm signing out and giong home to sleep. That's right I'm sleeping today and not going hunting, too damn tired and the weather ain't that great. Plus I might just call a gal and take her out to eat tonight since it was her birthday this weekend but I was "out of town" and unavailable.

I work 12's too. The only good part is the schedule. Work Mon. & Tue., off Wed. & Thur., come back and work Fri., Sat., Sun., Mon., Tue. and I'm off Wed.,Thur., Fri., Sat., & Sun.. Kinda like a one week vacation every second week. I'm lovin it because I fish and that means I get to go to the lake in the middle of the week when no ones around. Sweet!

Checking in from the home front. Nyquil induced short term awakeness..
Got home. Felt like c**p. Took Nyquil. went to sleep. Woke up about 11. Now wide awake. Will take more Nyquil in a bit to get my thru to 7 AM

Everything is going well here, too well to be exact. Waiting for the storm to arive, it's just been to calm lately, something big has to happen soon.
Today is my Wednesday, it's about 4 am Illinois time right now and in three hours I'll be on my way to another quail hunt. You guys have any quail at all up there in Alaska, I doubt you do and I haven't read anything on quail in AK but I heard the Bear and caribou hunting is awesome up there.
I had ask a while back, you ever heard of Adak, Alaska?

No we don't have quail up here. Grouse and of course ptarmigan, plus ducks geese & cranes for the waterfowl hunters. Can't say I'm much into hunting, but most Alaskans are. I'm happy just to watch the critters and look at the scenery. Course I won't turn down a good moose steak when it's offered!
Yeah I've heard of Adak...it's down in the Aluetian Penninsula. Just a rock in the middle of the ocean from what I've heard!
