Tell the wife I am going to take up drinking so I can quit, save the money up and get myself a new Porche.
I didn't even know it was relatively possible to smoke 4 packs a day. Did you practically smoke one after the other??

At the most, I'll have myself a chew twice a year, dip NEVER!! Cant handle that stuff.
My Dad's been dipping copenhagen since he was 17 (55 now) and has never had any problems associated with it. (thank the Lord).

I was at work (gas station) and the curious bug got to me, so I bought a can of berry skoal in the pouches... ohhh this stuff is so much easier to use that normal snuff, although it seems you get quite a bit less for your money.

I was a dipper in high school when I played football, Became a smoker my senior year after football, I found it was too hard to drink beer and dip at the same time plus I didn't have to run several miles or do windpsrints for hours anymore. Later quit smoking and started a job with a lot of downtime and everyone dipped so I took it up again. In high school it was Timberwolf wintergreen or Red Seal, chewed Copenhagen a little but it tasted too much like sawdust. Skoal wintergreen for a long time, couldn't stand berry blend, vanilla wasn't bad but you just can't get that taste out of your mouth. I always liked Kodiak, tried Grizzy and found it is the same thing as Kodiak for half the price so Grizzly it is.
I was dating a gal that, still am on occasion, that is working on her D.D.S. Needless to say when she found a can of skoal in my truck one day I got an earful and then she later sowed me pictures from class of the after effects. I looked at her and said she should be happy, it's great job security. I have cut back to half what I use to dip and eventually hope to quit again.

Dipped since I was in 10th grade, stopped once for two years. Picked it back up, thought I could control it ( what a joke). Now 37 years old I have stopped cold turkey last Feb. I say stopped because I believe you dont ever quit, its just been that long since your last one. Cravings do die down after a couple of weeks but every now and then you do get a craving. The price has definetly helped deter me and thank God for pay at the pump gas stations. If youv'e stopped dont pick it back up, stopping later is harder than the first. If your thinking about trying it think again.

thank goodness I did too .... I have so much more money to put a way.
I was going thru 2 cans every 3 days

good luck to you all

DAMN!, I would have never paid that for chew. Where do you live? When I started chewing cope was only $2 something a can and that was 3 years ago. Cope is the best chew out there hands down, thats what I started with and buy every now and then. I chew huskey now because its $0.87 a can. I can buy 4 days worth for $2.25 Well this chew talk gave me the need for chew.

later
