I sense that Diablo farms out custom tunes to shops. I would be willing to sign nondisclosure agreement to get the specs to see if we could set up loading factory originals. I wrote up some instructions on downloading the origial tune to a PC for copy but Bob seems to be digitally challenged. 
Maybe you could try it. I could send you the instructions.
