I'm a newbie....Steve Walker, just retired, have a 2002 F 250 PSD and pull a 5th wheel around North America. I live in London ON. I try to do all my own vehicle servicing and want to learn more about my truck including DIY mods...already installed a Blue CPS with impressive results. Looking forward to getting involved with the forum.

Hey Fordrv'r Welcome to the club. Check out the 1999-2003 powerstroke for lots of mods!! I have a 99 and have quite a few mods myself and working on more. What did you pay for the blue cps? Thats one of my next mods forsure!! Looking forward to helping you as much as possible! Lancer
im also new i live in bowmanville, ON. i drive a 2006 6.0 f350 cc sb fx4. pretty much every option available from ford. intake, mbrp 304 series turbo back exhaust.
Hello Lancer. Thanks for your offer to help.
I bought the Blue CPS at the International dealer here in London for $138.08. For comparison, the Ford black CPS costs $221.27 (taxes extra for both) and in my opinion doesn't work as well. The blue version has a stronger magnet and thus sends a stronger signal to the computer...let's hope it lasts longer than the oem version (no history on this yet).
What mods do you have so far and are you happy with them?

Welcome to FTE! I think Keith (Cowboy Penner) lives up near there as well. Not 100% sure though.

Hey Ford rv'r thanks for the info. I'll look into it. Here are my mods so far:
Kwik filter
CCV filter
4" exhaust with stacks ( no muffler)
Through head fuel return system
Triple piller gauge pod
Yesterday i started on my pre pump pump and filter mod. Hope to have it in this week if i get a rain day. I'll probably drop the tank and do the intank mods to. So far i'm plenty happy with all my mods! It gets addictive so watch out!! Have a good one Lancer!!

one ignition coil, and front and rear shocks(expected) and brakes and tires both expected...apart from that I have a k&N cold air intake with chrome tubing....a magnaflow dual cat back exhaust...soon to be coming off and gonna get shorty headers and true dual exiting on each side through the body infront of each tire...
I also put an xcallibrator tune on the truck and it has 208 rwhp which is not much gain in total...but what it lacked in peak gains it gained everywhere else in the powerband...big time...nice to see we are not alone and have neigbors here at FTE
