Yah. I go to school in Waterloo but I'm home every weekend to work so that's how I split my time between the two cities.

Beast: that's wicked you're from Sarnia. I've been looking for a fellow Ford guy for wrenching and for 4x4in. I've noticed from the other posts that you're driving a Focus now eh?

Ya I now drive a Focus. It is a long story. I still enjoy working on Ford trucks though. My dad has a bunch of them I still work on from time to time (check out my gallery).

What are you going to school for? How old are you?

Greetings and Salutations

From the hills just out of Thunder Bay...
Rangers and F150's with a F250 aplenty, tis a good year those 83's 86' 90s and not to be forgotten 91. The wrench has yet to re used in a creative way...but...what is on the horizon who knows....as far as we here at the institue know fresh paint has yet made anything run better... this institute is comprised of the guys and yes sometime wives who drop in, for coffee and chats....
until we meet again on this field of electrons....

Hello All.
My name is Bob (but everyone calls me Majic) I live in Concord, just outside North Toronto
I have an 05 F250SD scab Lariat 4x2 diesel long box
I bought it Feb last year to haul my motorcycle and pull a travel trailer. (I've always had a bike, but haven't bought the trailer yet)
For a lot of reasons, at the time I had to buy the 2 wheel drive, but now I'm longing for a 4by...
When I can't take it any longer, I'll suck up the hit from the depreciation and buy the same truck in a screw 4x4...

I love this truck, just wish I hadn't got stuck in the snow so often while deer hunting on Manitoulin late last November...

Hi dave74-360bb.....

For about a dozen years I hunted Carter Bay on the South Shore.. you're from Mindemoya so I'm sure you know it..
The best deer hunting I've ever experienced...
Then some guy from Germany bought the whole kit and kaboodle to make some kind of eco-hotel...couldn't get permits for septic, sanitation, etc. and he split it up into very expensive lots...NO HUNTING ALLOWED..
Then for about 5 years I hunted right off #6 north of South Baymouth... west side just south of Squirreltown Road.(New England Road)
The 2 brothers who owned the property hunted with us, and things started getting tense between them when they decided to split the property legally, SO...
Last year I hunted out in the west end very close to Meldrum Bay..stayed at "White Sea" resorts. Our property was 5 kms east..
White Sea had a hill down to the cabins (and needless to say) a hill going out...
Well we had some snow, especially the last Saturday while leaving... and I couldn't make it up the hill... all the 4x's had NO problem... That's why I want a 4x4..
The guy we rented the land from was sick with cancer, now we find out he died, and after only 1 season, we're looking again for somewhere to hunt on the island..
(His wife is trying to sell his property and asking way too much, so we're going to pass.. and she doesn't want to commit to renting to us, in case it stops a sale)
But the bucks in the south end were the biggest I've seen on Manitoulin. I love hunting Manitoulin and sure would like to find somewhere down the south end. Do you know of anyone with deer land for rent for this season coming up?? I would take a 1 year lease, but prefer hunting the same property every year... that way I get to know it and the deer on it better.

Im Chani have a 1999 Ford 250 heavy duty 7.3 power stroke diesel. This truck would make Ford proud. 710,000 klm on it and original tranny and engine. It's metalic royal blue, grey interior. I call her the Blue Pearl. Use to be a emergency large animal veterinary mobile unit. Thats where all the klm came from.
I also have in my garage.....a Ford 8 N Tractor. Her name is Daisy Do Little. Drive that to church on Sunday lol....not.

I know a guy with a 2002 F350 SD with 750,000km on it! He bought it last year with just over 600,000km on it. It was owned by a lady who hauled trailers to the states for Fleetwood. Its an auto and as far as i know the tranny is the original one. It was looked after very well. It still looks brand new!!
