Well, all is installed, but on the test drive i tore the crap otu of my belt....So Tomorrow I will have to run to Napa and drop another 60 dollars on a new one. I noticed a small oil leak on the SC inlet, and that is a qucik fix.
More to follow after I get everything in good running order. The tensioner may have caused the belt to drift toward the firewall and rub the mounting brackets. I can tell you this though...
I was on the initial drive when we came to a stop light. Wanting to hear the whistle, if any, and feel a little power, I decided to stay in second gear rather than shift up to third. As soon as I hit 3500 RPMs I was heard a deep whistle and could FEEL the SC spool up. TOO COOL. It caught me completely off guard, and I pushed the clutch in at around 3800-4000 RPMs. It was wicked while it lasted.
I will take more pics and post what the belt looks like...heh.
More to follow

PS, How does Project Sleeping Six sound? Or maybe Project Sleeping Sixxx?
Sleeping because it is kind of a sleeper. There is NO audiable whistle until you get on it. Well, there is, but if you were in your truck theres no was you would hear it. I will try and get some audio on it..no promises though.
Well...not the only problem Ive run into, just the only one to stop me from driving. LoL. I am going to remove the tensioner and re-align everything again. I think the tensioner wasnt perfect, so the belt slipped to the firewall a little. That causes it to rub on the mounting brackets....which caused a break down inreliability It very well could of been an error on my behalf. I guess we will find out Sat. night when I get the belt back on.
Gee thanks Tom! I actually have no good comebacks...LOL.
Brian...I would NEVER put that thing on my truck. I dont believe in advertising...I dont any shirts that have a clothing label on them...heh...well...you know what I mean. I was even thinking of having all my emblems taken off.
I want to get a frame made, but dunno where to find a place that makes custom ones. I was thinking of just having the Project name or a cool catch phrase...I do like Horsepower is my friend!

Tom....your comments....yeah, i think it cuts down on aerodynamic drag...I heard it from this guy with an 84 corolla catchback that runs 10's.....lmao.
My G/F is Brazilian and she's 6'2". Amazon! If you ever come down my way, i want you two to have a wrestling match!! You can't show her that choke hold though, otherwise she'll be kicking my butt everytime I step out of line
Thats cool Tom. I dunno too many guys that would offer another man to wrestle their GFs though..interesting. LoL....Back on topic though...LMAO....Anyone wanna guess how much RWHP I will read in 2 weeks at the dyno?
definately more than 220. With your other bolt-on's you had in the first place, I'd say you ran around 185 RWHP alone. Now, with the SC, you are probably looking at around 240 - 250 at the least. Those headers and exhaust are really gonna bump that hp up more than normal. If you have an intercooler, you'd probably get 25 more RWHP. WANNA BET?!
LoL...I just wanted to get a poll working....I have an intercooler on the way...it measures 30.5 X 8 X 3, and the core is 24"x8"x3". Its pretty darn big!
I am guesing 267 RWHP. Just a random figure I pulled out of the air.
