Check the fit of the cup. Make sure that each cup sits snug against the end stops. Most of the time when a joint fails at the yoke, the yoke is worn out.
Your cups should fit snug - no slack.
Also make sure the yoke is not wobbling on the pinion shaft. This will create undue pressure on the u-joint.
