Are you keeping it greased? Do you have the truck lifted?

Does it fail mainly in the shaft or the yoke? Is your truck lifted?

Check the fit of the cup. Make sure that each cup sits snug against the end stops. Most of the time when a joint fails at the yoke, the yoke is worn out.
Your cups should fit snug - no slack.
Also make sure the yoke is not wobbling on the pinion shaft. This will create undue pressure on the u-joint.

The yoke has some bearing play and the yoke it self is a mess(alot of breaks)

Now you know the problem.

I bet you can get those at a junk yard. There are a few driveshaft shops here that sell them for a fairly good price. Northeast Texas that is.
