U-joints

Hi
I have an 85 F150 4x4 ext. cab long box, Recently I installed a 4" Rnacho lift kit on it. After drving it the other day i noticed that the middle of the 3 u-joints is loosing grease, it is enough for it to "throw" bit against the gas tank. I am wondering if this is a sign that the u-joint is going to go or what, I did not feel any play in any of the u joints so I am not too sure what would cause this. i currently have blocks in the back, would the axle wrap cause this? Any info is appreciated.

Thanks

U-joints

It's possible, how old are they? are they greasable? I only use spicer joints, in my opinion , they hold up the best.
