Is that the trash bag holder? Someone else was talkin' about that. I didn't really know what he was talking about since I've got a '00. I don't need one though, cause I just throw my garbage out the window...

That little 'hook' do-dad is a plastic grocery bag holder, I'm told! Somebody that was lookin' at my new truck said they bet that's what it is and I must say I agree - 'cause I've tried it out and it does work real well (for 2 or three bags)! :P
