I use 2 people. Get some wire (hobby wire-22guage)about 2feet long. Poke it through the seal and wrap it around sticks at both ends. Work it back and forth (this is where the 2nd person comes in at). Same idea as a cheese cutter. When you get all the way around the window, just lift it out. I use this method all the time

I got some trim removal tools from one of those cheap tool catalogs, harbor freight I think, that included 5 different tools. I used one of them to take the trim off mine to seal a leak and it worked great. The tool had an arrow shaped point that slides under the trim. My shop manual has a diagram showing where the clips are and how to twist the tool to pop the trim off the clips.
