Headlight retainer clips/overhead console display
Headlights are very yellow so I bought new ones and went to swap them out today. Not surprisingly, broke a connector after pulling the parking light assembly out (No big deal, I have 2 replacements on the way) but I had one of the retaining clips snap on me (The one closest to the fender) Assuming I can somehow get the remainder of the clip removed and get the headlight assembly out, does anyone have a part number for these clips? Searching for 2002 F350 headlight retainer clip is getting me links to parts that look nothing like the one I got out. Has anyone tried the clips available from Amazon?
Also, I've pulled the overhead console down over the years to resolder the resistors that keep unsoldering themselves from the display. Is there a better fix? Maybe some higher wattage resistors? My display is getting dim and I'm pretty sure that, once again, this is causing a parasitic draw when the truck is shut off,(Just fixed that issue about 18 months ago)
Thx!!

As for the overhead display, I sent mine in to a guy listed on Ebay years ago for $25. Hasnt had issues since. He was located in Austin, TX but there's several out there.
I have the skills to fix the overhead display, just wanted to use parts with higher current rating so they don't overheat and unsolder themselves.
I did see several references to 2512 surface mount resistors, so I ordered a half dozen each of 62 and 68 ohm units. The shipping was 4x the cost of the parts, but once I'm done, I shouldn't ever have to pull that console down again.
