stupid console question

stupid console question
I just got an F350 Lariat a week ago. I lifted the center console all the way up, it locked, and I cannot figure out for the life of me how to lower it. I know its something simple and stupid- but it is not in the manual, and I don't want to break it( its what usually happens to me). I have now posted 2 posts that emasculate me. While we are at it, I have fog lights. How in Edited by Admin do I turn them on??

Well, to lower the console, you should have a small loop near the passenger buckle, pull it to lower the console.
Turn the fogs on by pulling the headlight switch when it's in either auto or headlight mode.

There was no loop. I have to stick my fingers in the passenger side area, and find the release. With that, and the fact that it was dark, I do not feel so bad about myself anymore. Thanks for the help.

Not trying to be rude here JamesRI; but here is a suggestion. Go back to your selling dealership and have them go through all of the gizmos & gadgets on your truck (options as well as service items). For example if your console doesn't have the loop; it should. My salesman went through the truck options with me pretty well during delivery (as they are supposed to). An hour at the dealer may save you more headaches in the future. hope you enjoy your truck as much as I do!
