There is a device you can install on the water main that monitors water use. It can distinguish normal from abnormal water flow and will cut off the water if it detects something like that.

Yes, something at the church. They said baseboards, flooring, carpet were ruined, but I found out today that they found asbestos too. This is a very old building apparently. I can give them your number if you are interested. (I think I still have it in my phone.) Right now, they are waiting on the insurance company to tell them what will be covered and what will not be covered.

Lamb was on sale again. I wonder how they can ship it from New Zealand, for less than the cost of an American lamb. I got the front end. The arm, shoulder, and ribs. It makes a fantastic roast. It's vacuum sealed. If I were smart, I would have got more and froze them.

New Zealand has more sheep than people. They're just trying to keep the island from sinking into the ocean.
