I've had very good experience with the Car King in MO. He knows carburetors and will talk to you about what you have and give some really good advice. If you want to rebuild it yourself this is the place to go. I've bought kits from Rock Auto and other well know places and all they sell are glorified gasket kits. I just rebuilt the carb in my '49 F-2 and the kit included everything except the float, which I didn't need but I'm sure he could set you up with a new one.

Just noticed in the picture of the original post the carb had a air horn that looked like a car, it didn't have the <=> like the truck shown in the above picture.

I missed that, but did see in a previous post about this express, it has a car air cleaner.
As stated before, the 7RT or 8RT is the correct carburetor. The big difference between the two is if you need ball or cable controls.
I am not excited about a hodgepodge EBV or EBA carburetor as it shows indications of being an undocumented Frankenstein that could be a world of frustrations. Getting back to the proper carburetor with a good foundation would be my suggestion instead of possibly pulling your hair out over this enigma.
