Also, be aware that a buzz test does not mean that the logic side of the FICM is working.

thank you for this i appreciate it I’ll check it tomorrow, so if these bubbles are happening, what would be the fix?

I believe that means the copper seal under the injector is bad, so you pull the injectors and install new copper washers and orings.

A problem internal to the injector could also cause it. Knowing the age (and miles) of the injectors might be helpful.

The truck is an 05 and has done 285k miles, but I have no proof or history as to what has been done before

Makes it a bit tough. That mileage is about the "end of life" for a good run on the original injectors. If they are original, then they probably all need to be changed out, but it is a big expense on a "guess".
