International nightmare

I have a 03 international4200 vt365. I died on me a few times over the last few months and seemed to be loosing power when it warmed up. Always restarted once cooled off until a month ago. It died and would not start. Towed it home. Air tested the high pressure oil system and found a leak on a injector. replaced it and truck started but if I shut it off it would not restart Put a gauge on it and it had 700 psi when it would start but when shut it down it would only get 400 psi. I have replaced the hoop, ipr, icp sensor and the gerotor. still hasn't solved my issue. running out of time and money fast! Need help!

You first need to get a capable scan tool - one that is a good code reader aso.

The IDS system (or clone) is best, but ForScan Lite downloaded to a smartphone is very good and reasonably priced ($5 for the app and $40 - $75 for the OBDII adapter).

Edit - in light of a recent thread, I guess I need to ask if your engine communication system is OBDI or OBDII.
