I recently purchased a 2005 F-250. Ran like a champ, until it didn't. I literally, filled up the tank with fuel, drove home, parked in my parking space and shut off the truck. Forgot I needed to jump my tractor so I restarted the truck and lo-and-behold it was missing with white smoke.
Hooked up my OBDII tester and am getting: P0113 P0231 P0263 P0266 P0336 P0674 P0676
Next morning, No start. My diagnoses is 2 bad injectors and 2 bad glow plugs, along with the IAT sensor. P0231 has me worried about the fuel pump... The relay and fuse are fine. What do you all think?
I'm definitely, no diesel mechanic, but with the codes you're throwing, I would suspect something in either the wiring harness, like a loose connection or something is up with your PCM, again, maybe it got some water in the connection or it came loose. I myself woul go over the engine harness connections making sure they're good clean and tight. Write all your codes down, then clear the codes and see what it does from there, but I'm sure someone with a lot more experience will chime in. Good luck to you.

Hey, Mike! Thanks.
Diagnosis:
Turns out I had 2 bad fuel injectors on 1 and 2 hence the two codes, and also two bad glow plugs. My IAT sensor was also throwing a code which I found was my Mass Air Flow sensor, one of the wires was pulled out but the jacketing was still connected. My fan clutch is also toast. I haven't heard it come on one time since I have owned the truck (5 weeks), which is causing overheating.
Repair:
I replaced the two bad injectors, and glow plugs along with the harness on the passenger side.
The IAT sensor itself in the driver-side valve cover was still good but I replaced it anyway because the amount of buildup on it, but the MAF sensor wiring will need to be reconnected to the connector - hopefully the MAF still works - but we will see once I get the wiring repaired. I am fairly certain this is the fix for code 0113.
The fan clutch has yet to be replaced because I am still waiting on the part. Again, I am fairly certain that will fix the fan clutch code.
