1973 F700 decode

I just purchased this old ford f700 truck. I have looked everywhere to find the series # data to determine what year mine is. My Vin is F70EVR37103 Looks like NumberDummy always has the answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated

F70EVR37103

F70 = F700 gas

E = 361 2V FT gas V8

V = Kentucky Truck Plant

R37103 = 1973 numerical series, February 1973 production
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Below added from tag pictured in post 5:

212 = 212 inch wheelbase (shown on top left line)

Clark 285V five speed direct transmission. Code on Warranty Plate would be "M".

Eaton model 16244 two speed rear axle, 17,500 lbs capacity, 5.57 / 7.75 ratios. Code on Warranty Plate would be "E1".

Front axle is 7,000 lbs capacity with power steering--some of which is visible on the left middle portion of the tag.

Black bench seat, "Heavy Duty Vinyl".

74 = Seattle District Sales Office (Shown on top right line of the tag)

If you have the rest of the warranty card I'll give you your own thread and decode for the truck.
I've added as much info as I can see from those pics in post 5 below.

Good luck with it!

Thank you for the quick response. There was no tag on the door. nor did I get a title. I got this info off the build tag on passenger cab corner. alot of the info is unreadable. It has spring numbers I can read I am not sure I could determine GVWR with that. I also want to switch over to 22.5 tubeless tires and rims. As I was trying to find some, I was asked if I had Budd wheels. Have any insight on that? Also need to source a radiator.

Thanks again for your help. I greatly appreciate you

If you can post a clear close pic of the tag I'll make a run at it.

Are your wheels disc or big heavy spokes?

Those are Budd type disc wheels, with locking rings. Perfectly safe and they appear to be in good condition. Rear tire that is visible looks good. Front has some checking, may be fine for farm or local use. 9.00R x 20s, those were good tires.

You'll need to be buds with a truck tire shop for service on those.

I found a nice set of 22.5 bud wheels. Added some new 11R-22.5 tubeless drive and steer tires. Gained almost 4 inches in overall height. Curious to see what that does to top end speed. I learned that the Big Dog Milwaukee 1 inch impact will strip the left hand threads when you are stupid and try lefty Loosey Right Tighty. Luckily just one. Any advise where to look to find a new left hand front wheel stud and lug nut. On the bright side I think it looks pretty Bad-***
