That sounds similar to mine, slightly more smoke but not by a lot. I’ve been meaning to do glow plugs but just haven’t gotten around to it yet. Seems like the likely culprit to me.
I wonder what’s different about the idle settings for the tunes vs stock that makes such a big difference though?
tested my theory this morning and it didn't matter what tune it was in. I don't know if there was a coincidence or just happened to be not as cold one day. I'm thinking glow plugs or injectors
That's my next step, I was trying to find a way to avoid that. Don't like touching sensitive equipment like motherboards as much as possible, I'm clumsy and accident prone not a good mixture lol.

I just recieved and email from PHP on steps to try apparently you have to cycle through key when going from tune to stock i didn't realize that.
