Yes, I have the same issue with my wife’s Mazda. I bought a Bluetooth connected battery monitor from Amazon that I use to keep an eye on her battery state.
When it gets low I either take it for a day and a good run or top it off with the charger, I like to periodically drive her car to keep an eye on it for potential issues anyway so it works out.

They are shunt meters so they go in parallel with the battery and draw a little current but it is negligible. They connect to your phone via Bluetooth so it’s a short range device. You can set them up to send you notifications.
