I went to Walmart today to get groceries because I can't afford to keep paying them $9.95 plus tips to the driver to have them delivered. Anyway, I spoke with a employee there who just came back from a two-week vacation in Texas visiting her daughter. She said gas there is $2 a gallon, and a house the size of hers here costs $120k. Hers is costing her $350k. No wonder people are leaving California in groves.

You can catch up with The Olympics. Clips are online. It started with the Parisians raising the Olympic Flag upside down. Then an Algerian man beat up women in the sport of boxing. That was followed by the Australian BreakDancer. Now boxing and breakdancing are off the list for the next Olympics in Los Angeles. A US gymnast was asked to give her bronze medal back. The Games were capped off with Team USA winning the gold for basketball.

I put a bunch of veggies in a pot. Carrot, celery, onion, garlic, tomatoes. Put the meat on top. Cover. Cook for about 4 hours on low heat. The juices from the meat and veggies steams the meat until it's tender.
No matter how you do it, It usually turns out the same. Chunks of soft, tender meat and veggies. Sticks to your ribs. Even vegetables taste good when you cook it with beef. Or some might say that beef taste good when you cook it with veggies.
