tailgate and camera problems
my 2019 F350 6.7 has recently started have a problem with all the cameras and the tailgate latch. None of them work!
It all started at the same time. I have checked and rechecked in Forscan that all cameras are enabled and everything I see is ok, same with the latch,
I had replaced the actuator about 6 weeks ago, and I suspected that maybe it went out again, so I installed a new one, nothing, it still does not release.
When the button is pressed, or the FOB or the button on the dash, nothing happens, no movement or sound from the actuator.
I have traced the wires in the tailgate as far as I can and found nothing wrong.
I've been trying to figure this out for a couple weeks, so I need suggestions.

Cut and pasted from the manual. Might be worth load testing your batteries.
The electronic tailgate release will not operate when:
• The battery voltage is below the minimum operating voltage.
also have you checked fuses in the battery junction box? Fuse 41 in mine is for the tailgate.. I would also check any fuses for the bcm.
