I'm happy to report that I just picked my truck up from Al Packer and I finally have the directional initial compass on the bottom of the instrument panel and the detailed compass on the Off Road menu of the instrument panel. Thanks to the folks at Ford Motor Company engineering who worked with my local dealer, Al Packer West, to finally figure out what was going on and how to fix it. And thanks to everyone who posted responses to my questions on this thread as I probably would have given up if it weren't for the tips I received from this thread.

Reviving this thread. Still no compass in my 2023 Lariat. Does over the air updates. Stopped at my local Ford dealer and not very helpful on this topic. Maybe a Ford rep on the forum can reach out to me to get this resolved. Ready to dump the truck over this very annoying minor issue.

My compass was fixes as I stated earlier. I have many other little nagging problems with the tech features on my 23 Lariat. It prevents me from enjoying what should be a very nice capable truck. I really wish Ford would step up and listen to our concerns. I do not have much time/mileage before my warranty expires and no help in sight.
