> I find it hard to believe your BII can spin 33x14.5 Boggers 75MPH.
So do I.
I find it hard to even spin LT235s with a B2 in clay mud. If you read my post again you will see I said IF I didnt' have to worry about #1 and #2. Which is why I bought the most aggressive small stock sized tire I could find.
i used to swear by bfg mt's but then i got a set of radial gorund hawgs. now i got a set of 17-40-16.5 hawgs in bias ply, been runnin them for 5 years and still bout 75% or better on the tread
I dont have time to waste reading all the "updates" Besides I already can guess STG is bashing some form of BFG tire.
Either way, I'll add my worthless opinion. I've had three different MTs. Wild Country 33x12.5, Hankook RT01 235/85/16, and Firestone Destination MT 235/85/16. By far the best I've used for "streetable" yet still boggable is the Firestone. I'd love to run 35s in this tread. The WCs had a tendancy to stray, and the Hankooks wore down after 15K miles. The Firestones are pricey, but you dont have the road wonder of a large/wide MT. Yet if you go off into the mud, they do awesome job of keeping the tread clean. The downside is they like to dig. I think most of that is because they are skinny, which is why I'd love to do 35s. Tread wear is excellent as long as you rotate OFTEN! I do it every oil change even though is a pain...just easier to remember. I have about 10K miles and tread still looks like new.
