I would watch that Diesel Tech Ron video again. Then try and find a scanner that will display the values needed to start. If those are all acceptable, then start digging farther, like bad injectors. And if you need parts, don’t order online except for a ford dealer. Only motorcraft.

- P0098 is the OBD-II generic code indicating the engine control module (ECM) has determined that the intake air temperature sensor 2 (IAT2) has an open circuit in the sensor circuit. use your software to confirm your IAT2 sensor is OOR.

Also - P0102: MAF sensor circuit low input detected (voltage less than 0.35V). Open circuit in the MAF V-Ref (vref) circuit or possibly a PCM short to PWR GND or signal -return circuits.
