No speedo does not work right it has 147098.5 on the dash
and yes it reverses and drives still just stays in first it feels like still have power its not like a limp mode I don't think because I can still floor it and get up to about 40 then it kicks into like neutral or it doesn't let it go any faster

The speedometer does not work at all, it works sometimes or it bounces around? What is it actually doing? 147097.5 on the dash is the odometer and not the speedometer. It is hard to follow what are you saying. Have you performed the Key On Engine Off self test to check for fault codes?

What codes are stored in the computer? Here is how to read them: www.troublecodes.net/ford
And what speed sensor did you replace? The VSS is the only speed sensor that I know of on your truck.

These codes don't make any sense. Code 10 is the separator between on demand codes and memory codes, it is not a code itself. And there is never thee digit and two digit codes in the same computer. It will be one or the other.
You said you replaced the VSS and the speed sensor. Can you explain this? I don't understand what you did.
