600,000 mile 2018 F250 flat bed, what's it worth?

Auction truck offered next week. Would anyone pay $14,000 or $15,000 for it with those miles? It's 4x4 diesel.

Damn.....

Not even close to what I'd pay.

I'm thinking $1500......

But I admire they're enthusiasm.

You couldn't buy just the aluminum bed for that much.

At auction, maybe $8000, retail on it might be $12000.
Check the online price guides.

Nice flatbed. Can you examine the truck up close and personal? It looks to me like there may be a little charcoal in the smoke pipe. Deleted emissions? If so, what tune? Who makes it go if you have trouble! Has it been rode hard and put up wet?

Me personally, not more than $5-6k. East coast truck? Even less for the rust and crust factor. 620,000 is a lot of miles, with very little back story or history coming from an auction. I wouldnt want to be into it for more than I thought I could part it out for.

Impressive mileage but no way on the price, at least for me.

What is that on the passenger side about half way down?

Is that a fass kit on the passenger side? How are cab and chassis fuel tanks configured?

I gotta say, SRW trucks with flatbeds are some of the goofiest looking configurations out there. Funny that one extra set of wheels makes all the difference here.

Impressive mileage, but not worth $14k. Undercarriage rust if significant could impact value.

I agree with Ltngdrvr, probably go for 8-9k.

Don't forget about the auction premium, tax and 'doc fees'.

Doc fees are a common ripoff hidden in the fine print.

How's the interior? It's a good looking truck, you add some under mount tool boxes, it would be even better.

Is that a pickup chassis or a chassis/cab chassis?

Shortbed is a pickup.

If it runs fine its probably $15k or so range. Would be a good farm truck with minimal use needed.

witth that many miles, it obviously drove for a living, which means it taken care of mechanically. I would be fine buying something with 600k miles at competitive pricing, but only if I got to go over it thoroughly.....at auction, it'd have to be a good deal price.

I would love to see the service history on that. And the repair history. Would be really interesting to see if the injection pump has been replaced, as well as any other things that needed to be replaced. Was the oil pan leak fixed? Emissions intact or no?
