I cooked them until the meat fell off the bone. That rendered off most of the fat. The bottom of the roasting pan had about an inch of fat.
Wow, so now the customer can eat dog bone meat. I think the only meat I will buy in the near future will be hamburger meat. As I am needing to recover from the $45 I spent on three steaks earlier this month.
