Found this in the sump of my C6 anyone have an idea what it is

maybe a bearing for one of these. I'm just guessing here. Not a transmission man.

Yes it could be but the machining does not look like a bearing

Looks a bit long to be part of a sprag or one way clutch

Looks like it could be a roller from.the sprag clutch, but both ends should be identical. If it's not that, maybe a linkage pin?

No it's different on one end and looks like it's been sheared off on one end
