what model of thinkware cam is it? Also what does it come with to wire it up
I have no idea what the Thinkware model number is. It comes with all the mounting hardware and the wiring to hook it in. The T harness for power and parking mode plugs in line with the OBD harness, it doesn’t block the use of the port. You can connect to the camera via WiFi or download from the SD card.
The Viofo A139 arrived today. As much as I prefer the phone app that Garmin has, there is just no comparison between the A139 and the Mini 2. Tomorrow morning I will do my final install and try to get some pictures of the install. Need to run and grab some fuse taps.

Pictures of the install would be awesome for future reference, thanks in advance!
This is my question too. I am looking at getting a dash cam, but with the distance from the rear glass to the end of the bed and the vehicle height, wondering just how much can actually been seen/recorded.

Not much, you can even make the same argument for the front. I am thinking in parking mode when you are away.
I think some companies may have an option for an external mounted rear camera. Thinkware had one, but theirs didn’t work with the one I have own.
