The most common cause (not the only one) for P1335 is debris holding the valve open (as was mentioned above). It is not normal to have so much debris that the valve requires changing every 2-3 oil changes. A system that dirty is likely to have a leaking EGR cooler (also as mentioned above).
Latstly - I agree with the above posts - aftermarket EGR valves are typically junk.
