Any new info on PCM updates??

Wondering if anyone solved this or has a newer PCM update. I believe i got the 20E07 update and have had **** milage ever since.

2018 F250 diesel 6.7L
No programmer

My '19 had the 20E07 back in '21 I think, maybe '22, and any poor fuel mileage I did experience was short lived.
